Removing your cup doesn’t need to be messy. I like to do what I call “tilting it out” to empty mess free *every time — even when my cup is super full. This is how I do it: Seated on the toilet, I pinch the bottom of the cup and pull it out while also pushing the base of the cup directly down (as is comfortable). The result is tilting it out instead of it coming straight out. This way, the cup’s rim is level with the toilet when removed. Then I can dump it out after removal.
