So so so true. I’m 43 and a plumber and I’ve done a hell of a lot of heavy lifting and crawling into tight spots over the years. Still do in fact. My back is still in excellent condition, despite the fact that friends of mine (of the same age) have been seeing Dr’s for years, for back problems. I stretch all day. Doesn’t have to be a big scientific regime. I mostly just bend over slowly and just twist slightly until it feels good. Then go back for seconds and thirds after a rest.

I noticed when you went into the bending over “stretch” your left shoulder and arm was higher than the right one. Tells me lots of tightness in that shoulder and trap area. A massage, heating pad, Epsom salt soak will probably release it with conscious awareness to it. Also, idk if you know or not, when one side of body is sore or tight, is the opposite side is worked, it helps release the tight/sore side. Funny how the body compensates! It’s so very mechanical! It’s designed to heal and work well, if we listen and pay attention when it tells us. 😉
Thank you so much for your videos! I appreciate them and share them often. So happy you’ve evolved with your passion and have expanded so much in biz. Congratulations!!! Onward and upward!👏🏽👏🏽

Mobility is underrated in most programs, your strength and lifts benefit from having good flexibility in your joints.
