Yes! I actually got up early this morning to do one of your workouts! This is the first time I’ve done that since…umm well I never do that. It felt great and it was so satisfying as I went about the rest of my day knowing I had already cared for myself in a meaningful way.

When i was 18 i worked as a waitress in a hotel. I never had to workout because 1 i walked all day and 2 i haf no time for craving cookies ect. 😅 I also found out im not a sitting person. Not in my work or at home. I makes me feel so grumpy
