I developed fungal acne after being on antibiotics for 10 days.
I use selsum blue dandruff shampoo every other day as a mask on the affected area (left on for 6-7 minutes)
I applied a manuka honey mask after this to seal in some moisture
And then I products that don't feed the acne, cera ve baby lotion as my moisturizer and neuragena oil free creamy face wash to wash my face in general
I also take a probiotic, eat low sugar and low diary.
Keep this up for at least a few weeks.
