I just bought a '17 Pacifica and have this issue. Message: Auto Start/Stop unavailable - service Auto Start/Stop system. That being said, I've tested both batteries and no issues. Any ideas?

dude i replaced both batteries even the ones in the key fob and nothing ! it just sounds like the motor is locked or something
