Fax, kratos is stronger due to lifting up Týr's temple which weights millions of tone and it's not even his limit, and stopping himself from getting crushed by atlas, while atlas didn't intend to kill kratos and he only lifted up Greek's universe or planet, it still makes stronger than anything goku black has done, even in róse, kratos reacted to helios's light which can light up the underworld, while there are many debates on whether it's infinite or not, it still gives kratos's speed faster than Goku Black's speed, and kratos was way tougher too, being able to take the blade of Olympus which is supposed to kill gods and titans alike, and black is a god so...yup, snd kratos's weapons are just absurd which are these: his leviathan axe which is a magical frost axe, his blades of chaos which have primordial fire, hades's claws which can rip out souls and maybe manipulate them, drapunir which isn't a planet buster but is enchanted and blessed, bow of appolo which soots flaming divine arrows, helios's head to stun goku black, and his hax are just insane, he fought against thor who shook the realms fighting against jörmangandur, while agiain there are a lot of debates whether the world tree is infinite or not from what I heard and read, splintering that tree which holds up the cosmos immediately puts kratos at hyperversal, if we use lore kratos then he immediately solos goku black, he also fought against the Valkeries which I don't know have infinite speed since I heard they mastered the bifrost to travel through different realms or have infinite speed, but kratos also fought people who attack through time, kratos is just stronger,faster, more durable, more experienced and just better than black in every single way, Kratos solos goku black and the Dragon Ball verse
