It’s so easy to see the difference between throwers and elite throwers, like when you’re throwing and reversing, catching a reverse is a “dangerous” move, easy to catch and ankle or knee. I’m a fairly fresh thrower, 7 years, about 55 meters, and I try to get about 40 throws in a day. If you try and keep a reverse in for 40 throws you’re REALLY pushing it. Awesome form man, great inspiration

it's interesting how shot putters and discus throwers are built so massive.I'm a a lot skinnier build and good at throwing, I've thrown a javelin twice in my life and I went to districts with no training, can throw a cricketball about 100m that sort of thing, but give me a shot put or a discus that shit won't go nearly as far. you probably use your centre of gravity more in your sport I guess. Can you throw a discus further than a ball, or are you just built different and can throw both far?
