Hirize Developers had the pleasure of hosting the Business Management team from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai, as part of their DIV program. The team included Farzan Ghadially (Professor), Saksham Mittal (Delhi – Govt EPC contractor), Himanshi Pungalia (Jodhpur – Govt projects), Bisman Singh (Real Estate), Anirudh Mundra (Jewellery Retail Stores), and Pratik Bhandari (Real Estate). These second-generation business entrepreneurs visited Hyderabad to understand the growing real estate sector and explore its changing dynamics.

They interacted with Mr. Shailendra Reddy (CEO, Hirize Developers), Mr. Anudeep Reddy (Director, Hirize Developers), Mr. Vijaya Sarathi (Brand Strategist), and Mr. Pradeep (Head PMC for Project Elysia). Discussions covered project planning, sourcing funds, land acquisition, current market trends, growth possibilities, marketing strategies, and how Hirize blends with consumer needs to execute its projects seamlessly. They also visited our residential and commercial sites to observe sustainable measures, on-ground safety practices, SOPs, and construction standards in action.
