Sad to think this was all that the 6th gen camaro got for "advertisement". Great performance car that was virtually wasted from the beginning.

They did the Ring run with the ZLE but that was the last thing I saw about 6th Gen. GM wants to kill the Camaro brand in lue of a Corvette line of vehicles.

The Camaro6 configurator app was pretty cool for the time. There was a decent amount of hype at the beginning of gen 6. The combination of Corvette and Cadillac engineering was promising. It was let down by just a bit too much cheap plastic for the price point and styling just a bit too close to the 5th gen for anyone not a hard-core GM fan. There were accessories that were promised that never showed up, no GM dealer tune for the 2.0 like the Cobalt SS had, a ZL1 without Hellcat power numbers, and that 2019 SS face...

Well... At least Dodge can send off the Challenger 7 ways including the monstrous Demon 170, doing something similar to the Charger as well... Ford is doing they're best proping up the next gen Mustang...All the while Chevrolet still doesn't know what to do with the Camaro (again). So it's 2002 all over again, right? Could have done some packages to hype it up a bit, use the LT6 from the Z06, boost the hell out of the LT4... Create the badest Camaro to prowl the streets. Nah, why do that? GM is a follower, that's all.
