I prepared for UPSC in 2015 but couldn't get through mains. That time one teacher told me IAS officers run this nation but not for too long. I think he was right

बिल्कुल उचित तथा स्वागत योग्य निर्णय।
क्योंकि केवल एक परीक्षा में थोड़े अधिक अंक प्राप्त कर लेना, जीवन पर एकाधिकार नहीं होना चाहिए। अन्य सेवाएं जैसे कि IPS, IRS, Railways, NHAI, Postal, IFS, Forest आदि सेवाओं के योग्य अधिकारियों को भी अवसर मिलना चाहिए।
जो योग्य है, उसे ही अवसर देना चाहिए।
यह निर्णय उच्च पदों पर भी लागू होना चाहिए।
