This dough was thrown together, a lovely experiment. It came out light and crispy. A nice crispy bottom ready to handle the fresh Italian ingredients.

🥳 #Mniam 🍕 simple guide 👇 pizza is one of those things that can really be hit or miss. so it’s important to take a look at the fact that all you need is a lovely dough and some toppings from the fridge that include tomatoes, onions, and cheese. but to level it up, you can add some fresh basil, some fresh garlic oil, and marinated olives.

I quickly threw the dough together with a bunch of fresh yeast and let it rest for just a few minutes for a quick lunch. The dough was like airy it got crunchy on the outside, but was nice and soft inside. I add oregano to my dough it just amplifies the flavor a little bit. And just a reminder, it’s just one cup of flour, half a cup of water, a tablespoon of really delicious olive oil, a spoonful of sugar, a little bit of salt and fresh yeast!!!!

Then I quickly put together a fruit sauce with delicious tomatoes, basil, fresh onions, and a vegetable soup that I had for a broth base. With some olive oil, black pepper, and a little bit of parmigiano 🧀

I topped with fresh mozzarella, basil, marinated olives, and the homemade sauce. I just baked it for a few minutes on the highest setting of the oven, and I have a whole pizza for lunch!
