Pumpkin Bread Pasta Bowl 🎃**
Transform your pumpkin toast recipe into two delightful pumpkin-shaped creations!
*Ingredients (for 2 pumpkins):*
- 250g high-gluten flour
- 20g sugar
- 3g dry yeast (or 9g fresh yeast)
- 100g pumpkin purée (steamed, mashed, and chilled at 4°C)
- 80g cold milk
- 20g butter
- 3g salt
*Steps:*
1. Combine all ingredients (except butter and salt) in a mixer. Knead until a thick dough forms. Then, add butter and salt and knead until the dough is smooth.
2. Remove the dough and let it ferment at room temperature (28°C) for 40 minutes.
3. Divide the dough into two equal portions. Shape each into a ball, cover with plastic wrap, and let rest for 10 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, prepare 8 ropes (4 for each pumpkin) about 50 cm long. Soak them in oil for later use.
5. *Shaping:* Tie 4 ropes around each dough ball to create a pumpkin shape. Leave 2–3 cm of space for further fermentation.
6. Let the tied dough ferment at 32°C for 30 minutes or until the pumpkin shape is clear.
7. Brush the dough surface with egg wash and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
8. Once cooled, gently remove the ropes and decorate as desired.
