If you have pets, tuna water is great for em. We freeze em into ice cubes for em in the summer or add it to their food over a few days. Very helpful if you gotta give em a powder like medicine or supplements they aint fond of.
Or we add it to rice which they get when sick or when poop issues arise! we have senior dogs.
Edit: Whoo, came back to this one having blown up a bit! Glad I could point out something to help so many. :) I will expand based on what i've seen a few times too!
We use the low/no sodium tuna in water. Its a preference!
Were sparing with giving/having tuna because of the mercury that can be found in the fish. Thus we we started freezing it too to make it last longer for the dogs. A Ice cube worth was perfect for their food and they loved licking them in the summer to help cool off. :) We also have frozen greek yogurt for em and they've enjoyed that too if you want variety for your hot pooch.
Bonus tip: consider giving your pet some fish once or twice a month or so! Its great for their coat and joints. We normally buy sardines just for them but no one said you cant just sneak em a spoonful from the can(s) you opened :)
Yall have a wonderful day! <3

If you live alone use only 3-4 cansa tuna since its so much. If youre feeding the fam this is great for tuna melt lunches! Hope that gas money helped fam. ❤
