You can also do it any time of the day. Morning and evening time is best, but find what works best for you. Whatever time you choose, try to make it the same every day. If you are listening through headset then you won’t want it too loud. Get the practice of being still, paying attention to the mind body, and concentrating on the breath with this music. Breathe calmly from your diaphragm by inhaling through your nose for a count of one to five. Then breathe out through your nose and count from five to one. Repeat this for 20 minutes. Be consistent in your mindful meditation along with deep breathing practice and you will see the benefits.
