MIGHT I JUST SAY. I am a Mexican American with very pale skin and light brown hair! I used to be ashamed of this fact, until I learned that many original and pure blooded Mexicans that come from the lower regions of Mexico, have lighter skin, some even have blinde hair and blue eyes! So that made me feel better about myself, I kid you not, people think I'm white, ALL THE TIME.

I'm white passing mixed race. My cousins got shit on for being to dark and i got shit on for being to white, often times by the same people. Some people just want to feel superior no matter the issue.

I am actually really tired of fighting in families. My 14 year old brother told me this morning that he was staying angry at me because im 19 and about to leave the house, which is one of the reasons im leaving. My family doesnt want me here and if they do for a period of time i am yelled at and made to feel luke im the problem and when i say something to them about it im in the wrong. And i have even explained that fact to my parents and nothing is changing. Im just getting more fed up with it but i help my father pay the bills. My brother said it was easier to hate me now than to let me go later. So im the bad guy even though all i have ever done is help and care and try my best everyday. The more fighting in a household we have, the less of a home it becomes. And everyone knows that but so very few understand that.
