The best thing I did? Changed the way I pitch.

Instead of sending out a simple pitch that says:

❌ “I can help you write better content/design better websites/( whatever service you offer)” which almost every competitor of yours is doing- paint a picture for them.
​
Try to show your clients what their future could look like with your service and how it would be changing their lives:
​
​I will take the example of content writing :

✅ “You can get 10x more clients in less than 3 months- using powerful words that not only engage your audience/potential clients- but actually make them remember you and come back to you! Yes- That’s exactly what I can help you with.”

Here, you are showing them a possible desirable future with your services- which is so much more attractive to a client. This is a copywriting technique you MUST know- regardless of which freelance career you choose.

Another example, for marketing :

✅” One month from now, you can be the go-to for (their niche) by positioning yourself as an industry expert. Imagine how awesome it will be when clients come to you instead of you looking for them.

I can get you there with my Marketing Strategies! In fact, I made a strategy calendar for you already. Revert to my mail and I will send it across.”

You can also show them what their Competitors are doing right and Contrast it against what your client is not doing/ seems to be doing right.

Example :

✅ “Your competitor XYZ runs some great and catchy video ads. Considering they have been doing this for 3 months, I am sure there is a market ready to consume your service/product as well since you have a similar target audience. I can help you make a strategy for ads/write better copy than your competitor/(whatever service you offer) and I think it can really boost your sales. What do you think?”

And that’s all you need to get that High-Paying Client you have been Daydreaming about!
