30 compressions, then ventilations ,no?
100-120 compressions in 1 minute in the center of the chest, not too fast, not too slow, not squeeze too hard and not too light.

Mistakes: her elbows are not locked, she is not going deep enough, she keeps stopping, she is in the wrong spot, she is not doing it in a continuous constant pump of 100-120 (staying alive is a good song to do CPR to), and the guy is only supposed to do 2 pumps every 30 pumps and he is not supposed to squeeze it as hard as you can, and she keeps checking for a pulse when she should be continuing cpr. I am a 12 year old and know all this but some how this girl is going to ruin someone life my preforming crappy CPR

CPR training & High-quality CPR is my passion. Poor quality CPR should be considered a preventable harm. Sad to see that we still have Healthcare professionals around the world that do not have appropriate CPR training.
Is this High-Quality CPR??? Definitely NO!!!
The components of High-Quality CPR includes:
- Push Hard and Fast at a rate of 100-120 compressions/min
- Chest compressions depth at least 2 inches or 5cm[Adults]
- Allow full chest recoil
- Give just enough air to see visible chest rise
• Probably need to 🩺 to the 🫁 as they might have 🧨
- Minimize interruptions to 10 seconds or less
- Don't forget your 30:2 ratio
We need to do more and ensure that High-quality CPR training is accessible to all!!!

Problems with these "chest conpressions"
1| hand formation is wrong.
2| pressing airbag,that can cause breaking the lungs.
3| not on the 30:2 ratio
4| not 2 inches/5 cm deep
5| no letting chest recoil
6| atleast 100~120 conpressions per minute.

You need to count like " 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and...". It will give you right timing
