this is basically what i do, i grab anything that seems cute, not overthinking it, and then i sort through my cart when i think I'm done. i think something about doing that when I'm completely tired of browsing, plus seeing all the stuff in my cart and adding the prices up, gives me a good headspace and makes it easy to decide what i actually want or need

My grandma had a vegetable tray basket thing pretty similar to that! Idk if it had a lid, but I remember it being there for every for every holiday filled with veggies & dip. It's amazing how one little thing can bring such a smile π Thanks for that

Love thrifting myself, especially glassware- makeshift terrariums, plate covers, tea cups, you name it. Also a very patient shopper like you- if i don't find what I'm looking for for 6-12 months, I enjoy the journey.

This method is actually so helpful. I went to tjmax for dr. bronners soap and found so many things I was gonna buy. I walked around with them, put some stuff back, and ended up saving money.

The way I would have ran with the carrot/bow piece! π And the chip & dip bowl looks similar to the Princess House Crystal one, I have 5 of them and most of them I have found thrifting but they are worth a good bit and I love them. Use them for chips/dip, veggies/dip, fruit/dip, and more for parties and gatherings!

My mom still owns this set of veggie jars! I remember her buying them like the first time I ever went to Costco with her. She ended up buying like three sets for her and her sisters. I feel like our kitchen has been filled with fruit and veggies ceramics ever since.
