Isn’t it good to try and get it right the first time? Obviously there will be failure, but it’s best to try and get it right the first time so you have less correcting to do later

It is ok to fail, but I think it is wasteful.
I am a great fan of SpaceX and Everything Elon Musk is involved in, but those materials don't come cheap and they are finite, at the expense of earth; I presume they use steel.
They should be able to anticipate potential problems and minimimize given their bank of material science knowledge.
That money failing could've been repurposed, more money would've remained in company's pocket and more reserve money/better bonuses for its key people acheievers; too many launches just to collect data-too wasteful; you mean to tell me they can't hypothesize and simulate potential problems; even if it is innovative technology.
No wonder Elon Musk can stay No.1 billionaire, very noble though.♥️ They've come far now.
