Interesting study about Romans 12 that nobody cares about… presenting yourself as a living sacrifice holy and acceptable to God is an oxymoron and means to present yourself to God as someone who has already died as a sacrifice and has paid for your sin, yet still lives. Remember Christ is in you the hope of glory and he sacrificed himself and lives inside of you. Therefore you are holy and acceptable to God because he sees Christ in you. This is reasonable. And be not conformed to this age, not world as they mistranslated the Greek. “The Mosaic age” which was about to pass during the time Romans was written. But renewing your mind in the fact that all the promises of God are in Christ and they are yes and amen. Your faith in Jesus makes you righteous, no longer the law of Moses. But don’t let that puff you up and don’t be a d&ck. That’s pretty much all of Romans 12.
