I think that people go off of their core beliefs about snakes. When we're young, most parents tell us that ALL snakes are bad snakes. When in actuality, you just need to be aware and educated about snakes. Do your own research as you get older. Allow those core beliefs to change! Most people don't which is a shame. That's why when my son was born, as soon as he got a little older, I sent him to learn about ball pythons with a specialist. This guy had tons and tons of kids there, but my son was the only one who wanted to hold the ball. It was a proud moment for me, but I wish more parents would properly educate their kids about snakes instead of saying ALL snakes are bad! They all will hurt you! Which is a total lie. I have owned snakes for over 20 yrs, and not one of them bit me. It's a shame these good babies get such a bad rap!! 😔❤

My leopard BP goes hard on live meals but aside from that? Is the most forgiving and constrained snake i know. Im not going to be like other douchebags on here and say "oh, he loves me, hed never strike!" No, i just happen to be one of the lucky few that own a python that tolerates us humans. And for that i am grateful...
