Still don't know why they did batman this dirty...
Let it sink in that Batman in arkham took down: Scarecrow , Firefly , Penguin , Two Face , Red Hood , Mad hatter, Killer croc, Ra's Al Ghul. Beat deathstroke. He also defeated harley in arkham aslyum , arkham city and arkham knight. Batman also beat killer croc in Asyulm and Knight and easily beat Bane on titan venom in origins and regular venom in city and arkham asylum which is why he wouldn't have any trouble with The shark. When you take all these feats in context its impossible to beat Arkham version batman.
That's why it would make it so impossible for these villains to beat batman.

Didn't like this game. They completely changed Harley Quinn. She would never do that do Batman and be so cold doing it. At this point in her life she had left joker and had a actually relationship with batman and the whole bat family to the point she know everyone's secret identity. They went the complete wrong direction with this game and story.
