does this method work for a crooked septum? because I have enlarged nasal conchae in both my nose, 90% on the left nose (yes almost covers my nostrils) and 50% on the right nose. if the air is cold my nose will be clogged. have tried treatment to a specialist by taking allergy medicine and nasal spray but that doesn't help.

I want to try this so badly. I've only heard positive things. Sadly, from what I'm told, it's not allowed in Canada. Glad you got some amazing relief and thanks for sharing!
