ingredients
●small fish (pony fish, kaaral fish,panno, silver belly fish,karapodi fish)
●lime juice
●coconut oil
●garlic cloves
●ginger
●curry leaves
●shallots or onion
●chillies or kochchi
●tomato
●salt,paper powder, pinch of turmeric powder
●cumin seed
●water
●coriander leaves
■first, cut the fish around the parts you don't want.
■then fish need to be washed right after turmeric powder, lime juice, and salt are added.
■curry leaves, shallots, or onion garlic cloves, ginger, chillies, and tomatoes should be fried for two minutes over low heat.
■after adding the fish to the above fried mixture, cook for 2 minutes.
■thereafter, mix the fish with the papper powder, salt, cumin seed, and a pinch of turmeric powder.
■cook for 10 minutes over medium heat, adding water to your taste.
■add the coriander leaves lastly.
