Some people say the explosive legendary effect is OP (on any full auto or shotgun) or perhaps bleeding effect is OP because it negates resistances but nah its 100% the kneecaper effect. It's up there with the 2 shot Fatman launcher with the MIRV the difference being the Fatman can erase an area whereas a full auto kneecaper weapon makes fights easier
