Simple Options are not connected to a company float in any way !!! Again they are a 3rd party contract not issued by the company ! There is a simple mathematical formula they use to come up with the amount of options they can offer it takes wins and losses into account 20 billion my have been sold but only a small percentage will ever actually hit strike and purchase the actual stock ! They will never need to come up with 20 billion shares ever !!!! Do some DD and learn how options work and the goal when you buy a Call or a PUT the object is never hold till strike date you don’t want to have to buy the shares !!! This is basic George , it’s the basics of options trading ! Nothing unusual or odd about it !!!

The main problem are the covered calls they are selling. They are selling insane amounts of naked calls to the public with no ability to actually deliver shares.
