Noise complaints : The norm for my area is (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM) receives no penalty There after is rated by a dBA Which is high untill 10pm to 6am -------- I had a friend visit And his dog was in the closed in back yard Barking as we were playing with her. There was kids And it was a BBQ The guy next door calls the city ..The dog noise And from him its been on going for days ..The dog seems to be in distress !..2 days later i get them at my door ..a few exchanges And they leave ...for 1 week after that I set my computer to 10 hrs of dogs barking on youtube..And keep 1 window open facing his house...By law could not do a thing about it

I'm literally dealing with this right now! We've been homeowners for 20 years and a new guy moved in next door and started some industrial level firewood cutting business. Chainsaws, log splitter, burning debris, and now an enormous chipper shredder. Planning and development in our county (in Texas) has said there's absolutely nothing we can do, and anyone can set up any business they want in a residential neighborhood. It's awful. Loud, smokey, our cars get covered in ash and our throats hurt when he burns trash. Not a single darn thing we can do about it, is what I was told.
