He is part of something that is timeless. Its amazing that your presence alone will be a life long memory for people. There are obviously burdens to it though. One big one is them getting older. People always mention that.

How amazing would that be, to be watching Friends now for the first time!! Life is so much shittier now than it was in the 90s, to get this fun, lovely tv program cheering you up for the very first time would be amazing!!

Kids are being exposed to something really old without knowing how old it is. There's this trainee girl at work, and she's very young (barely 18), and one day she was talking, very excitedly, about this new song that she heard. The song turned out to be Scatman. She's very good at making me feel old.

I was also the same, when I was half way through the show, only then I realized that these actors are 20 years older than the their show's counterparts, it was shock to me too 😅

In 2020 during quarantine, i was going through a painful breakup... Couldn't even go outside to try and get stuff off of my mind.
Couldn't even sleep at night.
I then watched all 10 seasons of Friends 4 times back to back, and even played it at night in the background to help me sleep.
And of course i had already watched the entire series 3 times before that too.

I was in the hospital going through a VERY tough time..the TV was stuck on a Friends marathon... Idk where I'd be if... It wasn't on. 🙏♥

Such a good show. Glad I grew up while it was airing new episodes. I’ve seen every episode over the years at least 4-5 times. Such good writing for a 30 min sitcom, with no swearing and less sexual innuendos!
And trust me I like those kinds too!
But to be able to be funny and addictive without all the nonsense is talent.
Everything now is an F bomb every 2 seconds, or trying too hard to be funny that it’s overly cringy.
AMD some of the awkward sec scenes that I can’t let my kids watch it.
It’s such a wholesome fun show with great writing. Highly recommend it no matter how old you are!!! Classic for sure!!
