A lot of companies are forcing working from office because they are moonlighting. Any comments on how to combat moonlighting remotely?

I agree 100%. But sadly a lot of the managers don't know how to set clear expectations or rather what to expect to be done. In these cases, presenting an optics of filled out offices make them look good to their management. I follow a company called 37signals who maintain a remote culture from it's inception, much before COVID. They get a lot of work done through way less people. It's time organizations and their leaders take a page from such cultures.
