It appears most of these have requirements including recent stroke. I made it through checking out 20 for eligibility and as before, only got discouraged. I remembered why I stopped looking for a clinical trial. For many you would have to be in the right hospital after stroke before you even found this or stroke groups online.

I participate with the University of Michigan (Michigan medical) all the time. Going on 10 years now!
