the actual reason not to tell anyone is that when you tell everybody you tend to feel the joy which your are supposed to feel when you actually achieve it and then your subconscious doesnt do anything about that

I believe in the "Nazar lag jayegi" and never share anything! Sometimes I don't share stuff even after I've achieved it. I've personally had many experiences where I had earlier shared everything to my friends & regretted my decision to do so. That's why now, I keep almost everything private unless I want to share it (but always with the Nazar emoji lol🧿):

It is correct… if you tell somebody your vision or goal before achieving it, your subconscious brain starts assuming that you already have achieved it.. thus you automatically puts less efforts to accomplish your goals..

No but it depends. If we share our goals with people especially relatives they will question us about it every time we meet them and poke us( taunt as you said). This prevents us from losing motivation because of the fear of humiliation.
