Kalian mungkin sudah tidak asing dengan schnitzel ya. Kalau dari sejarahnya, hidangan ini menyebar dengan cepat ke seluruh Austria dan Jerman, dan menjadi hidangan pokok dalam masakan tradisional Jerman dan Austria. Nah, ketika saya mengunjungi Paulaner Bräuhaus - Hotel Indonesia Kempinski, saya mencicipi schnitzel yang dibuat Chef Acis. Enak! Soft, crispy and well marinated. Schnitzel ini sebenarnya hidangan yang cukup basic, tapi tidak semua orang bisa membuatnya dengan enak. Karena itu kualitas seorang chef juga bisa dilihat dari schnitzel yang dia buat 😊
