Since you're sourcing EDHREC, I feel it's prudent to point out that both blue and kind of red in the video are wrong. Counterspell is absolutely a removal spell, and it has just under double the amount of decks as Cyclonic Rift. Blasphemous Act has more decks than Chaos Warp, but it's a boardwipe rather than removal, so in theory if you're only including single-target removal it doesn't count... but neither should Cyclonic Rift in that case.

Notice how every one of these cards is in some capacity a "mistake."
Chaos Warp and Beast Within are breaks under the current color pie.
Swords is just far too efficient at what it does.
Cyc Rift has one of the highest salt scores on EDHRec.
And Feed the Swarm is technically in-pie for black now, but it's way more efficient at destroying enchantments than black seems to be allowed to get on most more recent cards.

Pongify got robbed. Like idk why they decided blue should have one mana targeted removal that's better in a lot of situations than anything black has but they did.

I would class Chaos Warp as "Anything but that" rather than actual removal.
and its a huge gamble. Ive won games because someone chaos warped me into a game winning combo...my favorite was the guy who chaos warped my Scurry Oak as i cast Ivy Lane Denizen, and i pulled my Herd Baloth instead (with all my tokens getting haste, and creatures of power/toughness 4 or greater causing each opponent to mill a card)

Honestly, I use Chaos Warp more for the high risk high reward of bouncing back something you control to potentially get a better permanent on the battlefield.
