I love that this guy presents things in an accessible and non-judgemental way.

After being a gymrat for 7 years, university is eating my whole life and since last year I have no time to go to the gym, so I had to switch to at home workouts if i wanted to get some movement. I didn't know how to train legs without weights (well, 30kg is all I have at home) since all exercises seemed way too easy and needed literally 50+ slow reps per set to feel anything. I feel like these will be intense enough, thank you for your content! Now I'd need (almost) weightless intense back exercises 😂

Because of structural problems (the ankle joint, not muscular), I'll never be able to go knees over toes. But your videos have helped me realise that doesn't stop me from making improvements elsewhere

Hey, man, just wanted to say thank you a ton. Some of your videos seem so small and simple, but as a guy that's six foot seven, it has helped me manage flexibility a ton.

David I need you to know what a positive impact you're having on me. I haven't had a positive relationship with movement or my own body since I was like 8, and mainstream fitness content has only ever made that so much worse. But you lead woth compassion and understanding. You meet people wherever they may be, even if they're in a spot that makes them feel totally hopeless. The world overall but especially the world of widely viewed humans desperately needs more attitudes and approaches like yours. Thank you

I just figured out why people have been staring at me in the gym when I do the drills my figure skating coach gives me... aside from the dragon squat and the knees to the ground squat, I'm expected to do all of the hardest versions of these, plus Bulgarian split squat hops... it's not too easy but now I feel kinda tough and cool instead of self-conscious 😂

I used to want to be huge but I'm glad you've helped give me the visuals to my more recent goals. Had a couple disc herniations I never plan on going back to. Thank you for giving a better pathway to fitness that really matters 👑
