Steps:

2. Put the butter in the thick bottom pan & let it melt over medium-low heat.
3. it will start to foam at about 5 minutes
4. Around 7 -10 minutes most of the foam will be gone,
5. By the end the foam should be almost all gone & The base of the pan turns golden with the milk solids
6. Finally,The ghee is ready
7. Let it cool for a bit
8. Strain through a mesh colander into a glass jar for storage
