I'm a therapist specialising in helping people to overcome bruxism by resolving the underlying causes of teeth grinding & jaw clenching.

My approach is to help people get control of or completely resolve their stress, anxiety & other emotional disturbances (bad experiences from the past, traumas, difficult memories etc). Then we retrain the body to leave the behaviour of grinding and clenching in the past, returning the body to its natural state.
