Just Flour, with some MSG and dough technique to make it sticky, and combined (resist). Shape it to small ball, and boil it. You got cilok (aci colok), aci means flour, colok means plug. You must plug it with skewer to eat it. For the sauce, roasted peanut, with 'aren' sugar (asian brown sugar), chili, garlic, little bit salt, and MSG. Grind all ingredients, with little palm oil or vegetable oil, and stir fry until cooked (you can see the oil seperate with the sauce. Thanks me later.
