That's always been my theory; Lightning Crusier having T.J's Turbo Morpher in its glove box, just like Storm Blaster having Justin's Morpher.

Jason's coin wasn't destroyed and the zeo powers were still there during turbo. They were considered obsolete however.

The theory about Jason is that he never lost his Mighty morphin' powers, they were copied using the sword of light ceremony.

We know more for his power Morpher can repair themselves we also know that the morphine master green has interfered in many Rangers in the past

So here is the deal Jason and Tommy have legacy morphers idk and cant come up with a reason for it. All turbo rangers and space rangers except Andros and Zayne have 2 morphers. Although the turbo rangers turbo mega zord was destroyed their zords were not they were captured. Thats why they didn't need their morphers recreated they still had zords and those zords were connected to the morpjin grid. Thing is any team after zeo only loose thier zords not thier access to the grid.

The real reason is the green Morphin master who has been helping the rangers is the one who not only restored all the red rangers powers and connections to the morphing grid she also restored their morphers she made forever red possible she explained everything in dino fury season 2 that she did everything she could to save lives and fight against the forces of evil she is behind everything assisting the rangers like Zordon did which makes me believe she could be related to him as his mother or sister sadly they didn't reveal that in the shows as of yet but I am hopeful we will learn who the morphin masters are and why they are so connected to every ranger team member

In theory let's just say Billy did it we know at the end of the Power Rangers franchise he owns his own company maybe he brought back the original Three Red Rangers

Well in the case of the zeo rangers, they never lost their powers. They only upgraded to their turbo powers, but the zeo powers were never lost/destroyed
