I observe that hyper-fixation and rumination are fostered and sanctioned by exactly the "gender" therapists. Then surgeons just do what they do, not concerning themselves with the damage they inflict.

Hey Carole 😊 I'm trans and same sex attracted. Yeah I was dysphoric at 5 .. I grow up to be same sex attracted.. I was so effiminate. I don't know why I did identified as trans it made me feel good and answer all my questions. ...when I identified as trans my depression and anxiety diminished but I started worries about what I should do HH because it's hard to be trans here .. I think if I were in a safe place I would be happier ..I stil have dysphoria.. it sucks
