I'll tell you my favorite aged kimchi gimbap recipe of my life!

💖 Ingredients: 300g of ripe kimchi, 2 bowls of rice, 1T of perilla oil, 50g of salt, sesame, anchovy, 1/2t of thick soy sauce, 1t of oligosaccharide, 1t of sesame, 1t of carrot, 1/4t of salt, 2t of sesame oil, 2cucumber, 1t of vinegar, 1t of oligosaccharide, 1/3t of salt

👩🍳Recipe
1. Wash the ripened kimchi and remove the water.
2. Shred the cucumbers and carrots with a chopping knife.
3. Add salt, oligosaccharide, and vinegar to pickle the cucumbers and remove the water.
4. Stir-fry the carrot with sesame oil and salt in the pan.
5. Wash anchovies and microwave them for 1 minute and 30 seconds with cooking oil.
6. Mix anchovies with thick soy sauce, oligosaccharide, sesame seeds, and sesame oil.
7. Combine rice with perilla oil and sesame seeds.
8. Spread the ripened kimchi, put rice on it, and roll it up with carrots, cucumbers, and stir-fried anchovies!
