Presenting you all with a egg fried rice recipe in desi style!! No soya sauce, chilli sauce, no vinegar just using the Indian spices you can cook this amazing easy, delicious and quick fried rice.

Ingredients:
1. Chopped Onion
2. Copped Capsicum
3. Chopped green beans
4. Chopped tomato
5. Cumin seeds
6. Ginger-Garlic paste
7. Cooked Rice
8. Salt, Red Chilli powder, garam or pav bhaji masala
9. Oil/Butter
10. 2 Eggs

Steps to follow:
1. Heat a pan with oil. Add cumin seeds. After the cumin seeds change color, add chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste.
2. Cook it until onion turns slightly golden in color. Add chopped veggies of your choice. I have added chopped capsicum and green beans.
3. Once they are cooked add chopped tomatoes. This step is optional. Cook for sometime.
4. Add Salt to taste. Add Spices - Red Chilli Powder and Pav Bhaji or Garam Masala. Cook for 3-4 mins.
5. Take another pan, Add oil and 2 eggs with pinch of salt. Add these scrambled eggs to the vegetable mixture.
6. Add cooked rice and mix well.
7. Egg Fried Rice in Desi Style is ready to serve!! Enjoyy!
