I have a 4 year old and 6 month old and having my oldest help out with baby things has made my son feel so important and included. I still take him for one on one mommy and me dates but having him help with brother makes the tantrums happen less often!

Question, and I’m not coming at you, because I have done this without really knowing, are you adding fresh warm pumped milk to the cold pitcher of breast milk. If you it makes the milk go bad! I did this and realized I can’t !
