I lived in a house that 4 generations of my family lived in. The last owner moved out and the house on 1 1/2 lots is razed and 3 level, 12 unit apartments with two address numbers, not the original, are in its place. Me and my bro visited that site a week ago. That whole neighborhood is like that now. That's the way it is.
