It's beyond unsafe over in mexico. Unless you are a major vlogger, social media influencer or have giganto money/diplomatic. The government (cartel) won't protect you otherwise as it won't majorly affect their international image for tourism.

As someone who was raised in Laredo, Texas be very careful when crossing the border. Not every part of Mexico is dangerous but I will say Nuevo Laredo is one of the dangerous cities. Around 2021 three women went missing in Nuevo laredo, sadly the three women to this day have never been found. This is not the first time this has happened and it won’t be the last. I love my raza and of course the food is AMAZING but be very cautious. Stay safe out there!
