Iβm currently in my fifth day of recovery after having L1 to L5 done and I must say I was expecting much more pain and discomfort than Iβve experienced so far and I hope Iβm not jinxing myself.
After 42 years of operating a landscaping company my backs shot and Iβm in great hope that this will bring me the relief Iβm so badly in need of.
Itβs only day five but my guts telling me I made the right decision because eating pain meds like candy isnβt the answer.
