독일의 연말모임에 모인 사람들 중에 한 분이 이것을 갖고 왔다. 이것의 용도를 알아맞혀 보라고 했는데 아는 사람이 없었다. 이것은 면도날을 갈 때 사용하는 것이다. 면도날을 안에 넣고 뚜껑을 닫은 다음에 줄을 당기면 면도날이 갈린다. 독일에서도 아주 귀한 물건이고 용도도 좋은데, 전기면도기가 주로 사용되는 요즘 골동품이 되었다.
