I can’t imagine the amount of negativity you must get, posting about motherhood and parenting online. I’m sure there’s always someone who has something crappy to say. I wanted to say thank you so much. I’ve spent just a few moments scrolling through your shorts, and I feel calmer, less isolated, and like I forgave myself just a little for not getting it right. I also feel reassured about the kind of mom I want to be. Our situations may be very different as I’m a single mom, and we are recovering from an abusive situation. But these videos help me visualize how I want to parent, and help me see it in a real life situation. Thank you 🙏

I think staying with him unt he fell asleep for the first day would ha ve been better. On the second day he seemed he felt he had to go by himself. That part of being emotionally a bit neglected hurts. As an adult it's difficult to stop certain things, imagine as a child. The alternative of staying with him until he felt asleep, would have been better. He is not even 2 years old. 😢

He's such a sweet little guy. Being a toddler isn't always easy. Love to him and all of you ❤️
