This is a barre chord, so basically, as the side number indicate the number 2, put your index finger horizontal to the 2nd fret of the fretboard that play 5 strings (from low A to high E at the same time), and the rest of the notes, we need to find fingerings that is comfortable for us. In this diagram, we put ring finger on D string, pinky on G string, and middle finger on the B string. That is my take...
