The AirPods 4 without anc is very loud ,I bought my son a pair for his birthday and tested them, I have the pro 2 AirPods and his is louder than mines and comfortable in the ear

AirPods 4 without ANC is actually a huge disappointment, I bought it after seeing all the features on the Apple website, but nowhere was it mentioned that the features mentioned are only for the ANC version and not for the one without ANC. Although the fit is better than AirPods 3 and the audio quality is slightly better, there is zero find my abilities in AirPods 4; you have the same feature in find my as AirPods 2 have, not even AirPods 3 features like, mark as lost or find nearby is available. The play sound option only works when the pods are OUTSIDE of the case and never when itās inside, so if you lose the pods with the case, itās pretty much lost forever. Highly disappointed with this downgrade in features. Definitely spend the extra and go for the AirPods 4 with ANC

ive tried the ANC model, when you activate ANC, the airpods muffle your ears to give you the effect that airpods is actually reducing outside noise, this is bad for ur ears

The sound quality is the same for both models right? If so Iāll probably get the regular ones I donāt think I really need noise cancellation

After testing them out for a week, I never knew how much I actually needed noise cancellation. So, Iām going with noise cancellation AirPods 4
