How much does your smallest unit, that would accommodate an elderly man who is disabled and just needs space for a recliner/television, an area for a bed which she doesn’t use. He sleeps in a recliner. One bathroom everything on the main level and area for a kitchen, but he would only need limited space. So like the tiniest of plans which you so graciously give away and I am appreciative of that. So glad I found you, but what is a ballpark figure? Thank you.

Depending on each property square footage, I would really want stairs instead of ladders to access the loft upstairs just because stairs can probably accommodate additional storage underneath them…but that’s only if the living room is big enough to have stairs.

Bathroom opening up to refrigerator is not so nice. Other then that this is a really lovely housing option.

As a wife and daughter of electricians, I just gotta say they’re not all bad. My dad does domestic work and Carrie’s a dustpan and several brooms wherever he goes and when I would go on jobs as a kid, sweeping up after him was always my job. We did have some work done recently on a government grant and the amount of little short copper wires left on my carpet… let’s just say those sparkies definitely lived up to their expectations
